Join local artist Amanda J. Wunderlich at the Mountain Brook Community Library April 21st from 5pm - 9pm for an interactive journey into understanding an artist’s perception and how to accurately reproduce what we see with our eyes and in our minds on paper.

This evening will include instructional lecturing as well as hands on application to further grasp the subjects discussed.

Session 1: Training Your Artist Perception
Amanda will help identify learned roadblocks that allow for non-accurate representation and show how to begin breaking them down in order to release the ability to accurately render what is seen onto paper.

Q&A Session - Refreshment Break
Time for a short break and some light refreshments during an informal Q&A session.

Session 2: Accurate Portrait Re-presentation
Amanda will show how to apply the newly acquired knowledge of accurate re-presentation from the earlier session to drawing portraits.

Cost: $30 per adult -or- $20 per student (8th-12th and college)
Registration is required to attend this class.
